July 21, 2022 | Bronx, New York: A city traffic agent was shot in the back with a BB gun while writing a ticket at University Avenue near W183 street early Thursday morning.
At approximately 1:30 a.m. officers from the 52nd Precinct responded to calls of the assault with a BB gun on a traffic agent.
Upon arrival, police units found the agent with a minor injury to the back and had the officer checked by EMS. The traffic agent was treated and released at the scene.
