Two FDNY Ambulances Collide in Brooklyn, 4 Injured

June 20, 2022 | BROOKLYN, NY: Four FDNY members of service were injured Monday evening when two FDNY ambulances collided in Brooklyn. Both vehicles involved were totaled in the collision and four injured EMS members of service were taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

At approximately 10:31pm firefighters responded to a collision involving two ambulances responding to separate incidents, sending one crashing into a Bank of America at 808 Union Street in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn.

According to FDNY, four individuals were reported injured, three serious but stable. A fourth individual sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.

The official cause of the crash is unknown at this time and incident is still under investigation.
