March 26 2022 – MANHATTAN, New York: Hundreds of protesters marched from UNESCO to Times Square in what they called the “Mothers March.” In Times Square dozens of pairs of children’s shoes and teddy bears were spread out to represent the children who have been killed in the war, and those whose futures have been taken from them.
The group held newborn baby dolls covered in blood. One woman even brought her 4 month old child to the march.
The group held signs that compared Putin to Hitler and demanded that the world protect Ukrainian skies and protect the children of Ukraine.
The protest began around 1pm near the UN and arrived at Times Square around 230pm.
