Teenager, who according to police is a Crips gang member, got a lenient sentence when he was 17-year-old, after dragging and paralyzing an NYPD detective, he was arrested again Sunday for leading police on a chase in a stolen car.
He was led out of 75th precinct today in Brooklyn
