Earlier today, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo inspected the MTA disinfectant process as the MTA begins disinfecting subway cars daily and toured the New York City Transit Corona Maintenance Facility. The Governor thanked the frontline workers undertaking this historic effort. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said that New York City subway system will begin halting service every night from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. so that trains can be disinfected.
