Restaurant Defies Mandates, Protesters Kicked Out of City Hall

August 26 2021 Staten Island, New York – Family restaurant DeLuca, located at 7324 Amboy Road is defying new vaccine mandates.
Restaurant owner, Rob DeLuca, says they filed a lawsuit against the Mayor DeBlasio administration and says that his restaurant is open for everyone to enjoy a meal “without discrimination”.

Also this afternoon, a small group of anti-mandate protesters held a silent protest inside city hall chambers. The group didn’t start to voice their opinion until being asked to follow the city mask mandate or be escorted out of the meeting. The group was escorted out of the meeting.
