Protesters and Proud Boys face off with over 150 Drag Story Hour supporters outside NYC library in Queens

December 29 2022 QUEENS, New York – Protesters groups gathered along with Proud Boys to face off Drag Queen Story Hour supporters at event held at Jacksonville Queens Public Library in New York City.

Drag Story Hour, an event where drag queen read books to children, usually at public libraries, was held this Thursday afternoon at 4pm at the Jackson Heights Library, in Queens.

The event drew at least 150 supporters of the event, who stood in front of the entrance as protesters gathered outside.


The groups that gathered to protest, claim that Drag Story Hour events ‘grooms children’

Multiple city officials, including NYC Mayor have called such the demonstrators ‘homophobic’ and ‘transphobic’ and called against ‘LGBTQ hate’.

A man, who appears to have been accompanied and filmed by Jovi Val, was seen throwing a ‘Nazi Salute’ outside of NYC Drag Queen Story Hour event.
