March 4 2021 Staten Island, New York – a man was shot at 194 Bay Street in Staten Island.
Suspect described as a man driving a silver Ford Escape, last seen going nothrbound on Bay Street. Condition of the victim is unknown at this time
This is on the same location where Eric Gartner died in 2014 following a choke hold by an NYPD officer.
