The FBI chased and arrested 3 men in Staten Island today and charged them with the murder of a Brooklyn Cafe owner, Joshua Rubin, eight years after his murder, according to officials.
The suspects were all charged with murder through the use of Firearm. Robles was identified as the man who fired the weapon that killed Rubin when the trio allegedly tried to rob him of Marijuana in Brooklyn, according to officials. They then allegedly drove the body to Pennsylvania and burned it.
