A large crowd outside and inside of Costco in Astoria, Queens today, the line stretching around the outside of the building as people prepare for the worst of the virus outbreak.
People were seen wearing surgical, N95, and even gas masks. There were still products available, but many shelves were empty.
One shopper said that all of the useful canned, and other goods, were sold out.
After entering Costco, they closed the doors behind us, likely due to capacity issues and overcrowding.
Long lines of traffic outside of Costco filled the surrounding neighborhood, and stretched down Broadway, past 21st street.
