Ukraine Declares a State of Emergency

February 23 2022 Kyiv, Ukraine – Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine Parliament, has officially introduced a State of Emergency in Ukraine.

335 MPs voted “YES” as tensions rise and multiple media and officials report on imminent threat of Russian invasion.

State of Emergency is set to start at Midnight and often means that cars and people’s ID documents will be checked, public transport may be limited and curfew may be installed.
