March 12 2020 – NEW ROCHELLE, Glen Island Park , NY: State Police and health officials are in the process of preparing a drive-up testing lab for citizens of New Rochelle. Police were seen at Glen Island Park blocking the entrance as they prepare the lab.
The facility will open Friday and is by appointment only, Cuomo said, adding that New Rochelle residents who are already quarantined will be tested first
