Janos Marton held a press conference announcing a bold new policy concerning the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor in his campaign for Manhattan District Attorney. The press conference took place at 80 Centre Street outside of the Louis J. Lefkowitz State Office Building, where the Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s office is located.
