December 15 2021 Mayfield, Kentucky – Deadly tornado damage left many dead and homes destroyed in Mayfield, Kentucky. Many victims of the tornado also have pets that, some of whom have gone missing.
While there are local organizations working to help the owners, volunteers have come to assist as well.
Mayfield, Kentucky woman was still searching for her missing cat after tornado. She did find multiple local stray cats, however at the time of the filming was unable to locate her house cat.
Volunteer group took her to the pound later, however woman fears that pets are “killed after ten days” of being taken in, saying “they should give us more time”.
