NYC: International Union of Operating Engineers Local 94 Protest Labor Dispute

Demanding that Colonnade Management and its subcontractor Prime Cleaning Services honor Local 94 Collective Bargaining Agreement, union members of the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 94 protest outside 30 Wall Street in New York City on March 12, 2020. In January, Colonnade Management hired subcontractor Prime Cleaning Services. Ignoring the recently negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreement, Prime Cleaning Services told two IUOE Local 94 engineers and four Local 32BJ cleaners they could re-apply for their jobs. If re-hired, the engineers would have earned 75% less and lost their health care, pension contributions, and other collectively bargained benefits.
