Landlord Stabs and Kills Three Tenants in Queens over non-payment of rent, turns self to police – “I did something bad”

November 14, 2023 QUEENS, New York – Three people found stabbed to death in Queens home Tuesday morning.

Cops say at around 7:16 a.m., officers responded to Milburn St. in St. Albans neighborhood of Queens where they located three people dead inside a home including two women and one man with multiple stab wounds about the body.

According to police officials, two DOA’s were found in the basement of the home. One male and one female found face up on the floor with multiple stab wounds.

A 51-year-old female was found on the second floor in a room faced down on the bed with multiple stab wounds to the body. All victims in the deadly stabbing are adults, cops said.

Police say at around 7:01am a male walked into NYPD 113 Precinct Tuesday morning and confessed to killing his tenants inside a St. Albans home.

A motive for the killings has yet to be established, however possibly stemming from a dispute of non payment of rent. The investigation is ongoing.
