Cops Shoot Suspect in Armed Standoff, who killed Two Neighbors over a Noise Complaint at Brooklyn Home

November 1 2023 – BROOKLYN, New York: Jason Pass, who was on the run after slaying his upstairs neighbors in a noise complaint dispute has been shot and killed by police in an armed standoff in Brooklyn Wednesday morning, officials said.

NYPD officers shot and downed Jason Pass, a homicide suspect armed with a knife in Gravesend neighborhood.



EMS was requested on a rush for the suspect, condition is not known at this time.



Incident was first reported around 7:15am at 187 Bay 44th Street in Gravesend Brooklyn.

On October 28th a neighbor shot and killed a father and his step son over a noise complaint dispute in East Flatbush Brooklyn Apartment.

Officials state they were found on the fourth floor of the East Flatbush apartment building just after 10:30 p.m. Sunday.

Police say a downstairs neighbor went up to the 4th floor Sunday night, killing 47-year-old Bladimy Mathurin and his 27-year-old son, Chinwai Mode.

According to CBS News, the victim’s mother and grieving widow said they’ve had disputes ever since they moved in, with downstairs neighbor complaining about kids noise.
