October 28 2023 BROOKLYN, New York – A neighbor allegedly shot and killed a father and his step son over a noise complaint dispute in East Flatbush Brooklyn Apartment.
Officials state they were found on the fourth floor of the East Flatbush apartment building just after 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
Police say a downstairs neighbor went up to the 4th floor Sunday night, killing 47-year-old Bladimy Mathurin and his 27-year-old son, Chinwai Mode.
According to CBS News, the victim’s mother and grieving widow said they’ve had disputes ever since they moved in, with downstairs neighbor complaining about kids noise.
