October 24, 2023 BROOKLYN, New York – Seven people have been injured, two in serious condition, after a car crashed into two buses in Brooklyn while fleeing cops, officials said.
The driver of a speeding car slammed into an MTA bus in Brooklyn and at least seven people suffered various injuries, police said.
Seven people were transported to nearby medical facilities for further treatment, including three occupants of the fleeing car and MTA bus driver.
According to police radio transmissions, the careless driver allegedly fled from a police stop before the crash. Two passengers in the fleeing car were trapped inside following the collision and were removed by firefighters with minor injuries.
The collision occurred around 2 p.m. near Avenue N and McDonald Avenue in Midwood neighborhood of Brooklyn.









The driver of the car was taken into police custody with charges pending. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
