NEW YORK CITY UNDER WATER – Flooding Continues Through The Night

September 29 2023 NEW YORK CITY, New York – Many boroughs, roads and expressways experienced extreme flooding, with people seen in the water sometimes up to their waist. Cars were seen left abandoned in the floods and trash piled up as it swam through NYC streets.

Most of the Northeast experienced severe flooding after heavy rains swept through the area Friday morning.

Flooding and clean up efforts continuing into the weekend.
