September 24 2023 QUEENS, New York – A dispute between two men inside a Queens bar turned deadly on a Sunday night.
Incident happened around 9:50 p.m., when to patrons got into an argument inside Kelly’s Pub on 41st Avenue in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens.
Officials say the dispute spilled outside, where the two men began to stab each other.
A 45-year-old Elliot Ortiz, died of his injuries after being stabbed in the head, he was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
A 39-year-old Jason Schuler was stabbed six times to the back and is currently in stable condition.
