September 12 2023 MANHATTAN, New York – a man was left bleeding on a sidewalk outside of Starbucks after getting stabbed in the ribs following an altercation in East Village this Tuesday morning.
A 40-year-old man was stabbed following an altercation with a man on a skateboard near Avenue A and East 9th Street at around 6:10 a.m., police said.
EMS rushed the victim to Bellevue hospital where he is expected to survive.
People were seen stepping over the blood as they exited nearby apartment following the incident.
