August 14 2023 ATLANTA, Georgia – Former President Trump is expected to be indicted for the fourth time this year, now in Fulton County on charges related to Georgia Election case.
Grand jury returned ten indictments after a long day in court with witnessed, not voting against any of the indictments, according to paperwork. The jury were tasked to decide whether former president Trump and his associates broke the law in attempt overturn 2020 election in Georgia.

Earlier in the day, Reuters reported that charges were posted on courthouse website, with 12 felony counts listed, including one serious felony count for violating Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, (RICO, Act).

Following that, Trump’s attorneys quickly issued a statement: “The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has once again shown that they have no respect for the integrity of the grand jury process. This was not a simple administrative mistake. “

The document was quickly deleted off the website and Court issued a statement saying document was “fake”

On August 3 2023 WASHINGTON, DC – Trump was arraigned in Federal Court in Washington DC on charges in relation to January 6th Indictment.
Trump pled not guilty at the arraignment for attempt to overturn 2020 election.

Trump said he will fight the charges in his third criminal indictment brought forth against him within the last four months.



Jack Smith, the Justice Department’s special counsel, alleges that Trump lied about the extent of voter fraud and tried to disrupt the certification of the election results on January 6th 2021.
