August 11, 2023 BROOKLYN, New York – Three people working at a Clarkson Ave apartment building were electrocuted and reportedly sustained life-threatening injuries. The critically injured trio were rushed by FDNY EMS to an area hospital for further treatment.
Incident was reported just before noon at around 11:40am, at an apartment building near Clarkson Ave & Rogers Ave in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn.





Spanish speaking worker at 210 Clarkson Ave described what he saw to us. The worker said he was inside an elevator when he heard a loud explosion. The aftermath eyewitness went on to say he saw all three victims with serious burns, including one person with burns all over the body.

The worker went on to explain that the explosion couldn’t have been gas related due to the building gas not being on at the time. The workers suspects the explosion to be electrical.
The investigation into the actual cause of explosion and victims injuries is ongoing.
