June 28 2023 MANHATTAN, New York – Daniel Penny appeared in court today after indictment following chokehold death of Jordan Neely on NYC subway. at his Manhattan arraignment Wednesday morning.
At short arraignment, he was pleading not guilty to charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
The same $100,000 bail conditions remained.
