April 17 2023 BRONX, New York – A man was shot in the head in a drive-by shooting on a Bronx street, just outside of Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie’s office.
Around 3pm on a Monday afternoon, multiple shots were fired from a white BMW driving near Gun Hill Road and Fenton Avenue, officials said.
The victim was shot in the head and rushed to Jacobi Hospital Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, officials said.
