Alleged Cop Shooter Flips Off Cameras after being Arrested and Charged in NYC

April 7 2023 QUEENS, New York – A cop shooting suspect, Devin Spraggins, was arrested and charged after allegedly shooting an NYPD officer in the leg during a foot pursuit.

22-year-old suspect was walked out of Jamaica, Queens precinct as he flipped off the press gathered around.

According to police officials, the 22-year-old suspect entered an MTA bus and allegedly got into a verbal altercation with a fellow passenger. The suspect asks the passenger “why are you looking at me” and demands the passenger to “get out of my seat” while carrying a firearm on the bus.

The driver, aware of the verbal dispute continues on the bus route and once spotted, stops to motion over police on the street. That’s when police say the foot pursuit starts and officer was shot.

Police say rookie NYPD officer Brett Boller, is expected to make a full recovery after being shot while responding to a call earlier this week.

On April 5 2023 in QUEENS, NEW YORK a heavy police presence was seen with officers in tactical gear on Queens street after a police officer was shot this afternoon.

Police say that a rookie NYPD officer with less than a year on the job, was shot in his leg near 161st street and Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica neighborhood.

Incident happened around 3 30pm, officer was rushed to Jamaica Hospital in an unmarketable car and one suspect was taken into custody.
