PIPE BOMB Found at Staten Island Home after Woman in Handcuffs and Shackles Turned up at Police Precinct

March 30 2023 STATEN ISLAND, New York – A Pipe Bomb was discovered at a converted bus outside of Staten Island home after a a woman turned up at a local police precinct in handcuffs and shackles.

Police said the bomb squad responded to a scene near the Staten Island Ferry for a potential explosive device Wednesday night. According to new information from officials, a pipe bomb was found at a converted bus parked near Slosson Terrace and Bay Street around 8pm.



Police say that the suspect held his girlfriend hostage since Monday this week, repeatedly raping and beating her. Victim apparently broke free and turned up at local precinct in shackles and handcuffs, officials said.

Cops searched the property findinf multiple chemicals and what they described as pipe bomb. They also say they found 3d printer and suspected ghost guns at the property.

65-year-old suspect was taken into custody at the scene as well as a man who said he lives at the property
