February 01, 2023 BROOKLYN, New York – NYPD Officers discovered a gravely wounded man outside of a funeral home who was struck multiple times by gunfire, Wednesday evening.
When officers arrived at 607 North Conduit Boulevard, police say Tyrone Johnson, 40, was found shot several times and seriously injured in front of Grace Funeral Chapels. Johnson was then rushed by EMS to Jamaica hospital where officials say the 40-year-old male was pronounced dead.
The shooting occurred just before 7:15pm, it was around this time that 75th precinct police responded to reports of a person struck by gunfire near N Conduit Blvd & Pitkin Avenue in the East New York, neighborhood of Brooklyn.






Detectives are searching for a suspect that fled. No arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
