December 31, 2022 MANHATTAN, New York – A man was stabbed multiple times and left in critical condition outside of the 42nd Street Times Square Subway station just as the city prepares for thousands of tourists in the area to ring in the New Year.
Incident happened around 11am, outside of the subway station on W40th and 7th Avenue, a bloody scene was surrounded by barricades, blood smudged on the front of a police car.
Victim is currently in critical condition, but is expected to survive his injuries.
This comes only 3 hours before people are scheduled to line up for NYE festivities in Times Square.
