MTA Employee Shoots Alleged Robbery Suspect at Park Slope Subway Station

December 20 2022 BROOKLYN, New York – MTA Employee shoots alleged robbery suspect after being followed onto the train and having a dispute in Park Slope, Brooklyn Subway station.

Around 9:15pm tonight, two MTA employees were involved in a shooting with a suspect at a Park Slope subway station.

Police confirmed that MTA employee fired a shot at a robbery suspect after a dispute on an R train. After they got off the R train and onto the mezzanine, one of the MTA employees fired the shot at alleged robbery suspect.




Cops say the two on duty MTA collection agents were handling money at the machine at the Barclay’s – Atlantic Ave station, when a suspect followed them on the train.

Suspect is currently in a critical condition at the hospital.
