December 09, 2022 Queens, New York – A man was charged with three murders after he allegedly stabbed three women to death in Queens, in November.
On Friday evening, NYPD detectives escorted 22-year-old Jabari Burrell to awaiting jail transport car after he was charged for the deaths of three members of the same family at a home in Queens, police said.
The suspect was apprehended in Virginia while driving a stolen car belonging to one of the victims and taken into custody, according to officials.

Burrell, who police said was the nephew of one of the victims, was awaiting extradition to be charged in New York for the murders last month.
The victims were found by a home health attendant in their bedrooms after they were stabbed to death, on November 17th, officials said.


The stabbing that occurred at a home on 182nd Street in Springfield Gardens, Queens, left a 68-year-old woman, her 47-year-old daughter and her 26-year-old stepdaughter who had severe health issues and was wheelchair bound, dead.
