MANHUNT: Man Shoots and Kills Two People, wounds Wheelchair Bound 96-year-old in THREE SEPERATE INCIDENTS in NYC

December 05, 2022 Manhattan, New York – NYPD massive overnight manhunt after a suspect sought for three shootings that spread out across the day in two NYC Boroughs, has ened.

An “armed and extremely dangerous” Sundance Oliver, alleged members of the Loop Gang, has turned himself into the 77th precinct following three seperate shootings over 24-hours, police say. Two people were killed, one of whom was his “associate”, according to sources and the NYPOST. Police also stated that suspect was very well known to the precinct and had many priors, the apartments where homicides occurred where “apartments where he smoked Marijuana”, according to officials.

Sundance Oliver is a suspected gunman in two seperate homicides and the shooting of a wheelchair bound 96-year-old Brooklyn man, his charges are pending.

Police were searching for Sundance Oliver, 28, the alleged gunman wanted in connection to three separate shootings including a wheelchair bound 96-year-old man at a Brooklyn bus stop, and the shooting death of a 21-year-old man in his LES Apartment. Later in the same evening, Oliver was also the alleged shooting suspect in the killing of a 17-year-old girl at a Brooklyn home, police said.

At approximately 2:54pm, police rushed to a shooting in the Lower East Side of Manhattan where they found an unconscious man inside a NYCHA building apartment unit.



The 21-year-old man was shot once in the chest and leg, then was rushed to Bellevue Hospital by EMS, where he was pronounced dead.

Around 6:20pm, cops were in pursuit of a white Mercedes in connection to the homicide at 15 st James Place earlier today. The vehicle was found unoccupied, aviation is assisting with the search of the suspect, according to officials.

A man in his 90s, who was not the intended target, was struck by a bullet in his leg, while at a bus stop on Rochester Avenue and Bergen Street in Crown Heights neighborhood,officials confirmed.

Oliver, has a lengthy rap sheet with 12 prior arrests including for criminal possession of a weapon, and two prior arrests for robbery, police said.

UPDATE: at approximately 12:17am, on December 6th early morning, a woman was also shot and killed, allegedly by the same suspect.

The female victim was shot inside of a sixth floor apartment unit at 719 Kingsborough near Ralph Avenue & Dean Street in Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, officials said.

A massive manhunt was deployed by NYPD chief of patrol, activating Swat teams, helicopters and large police presence.
