74-year-old is Dead After Motorcyclist Struck Him in Glendale Queens

November 29 2022 QUEENS, New York – 74-year-old man has died after motorcyclist struck him in Glendale part of Queens on Tuesday evening.

Police say a 22-year-old man was operating a motorcycle going Northbound on Woodhaven blvd, when a 74-year-old man was crossing the intersection of 62nd Road in Woodhaven Boulevard.

74-year-old was struck by the Motorcyclist and suffered severe head and body trauma, officials said.

First responders rushed the victim to the to a local hospital in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The 22-year-old man riding the motorcycle remained on scene, he was also taken to a hospital and is in stable condition, police said.
