One Person is Dead after Three People Shot in Chelsea Saturday Night

November 12 2022 MANHATTAN, New York – One person was killed and two others were injured in a shooting in Chelsea, Manhattan on Saturday night.

Incident reported as shots fired shortly after 10p.m., near West 25th street, between 10th and 11th avenues in Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, police say.

Police rushed to the scene where they found three people with gunshot wounds.

A 42-year-old male victim was shot multiple times and transported by EMS to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, officials said.

A 32-year-old female victim was shot in the leg and was transported by EMS to Bellevue, where she is currently listed in stable condition.

A 37-year-old male victim was shot multiple times in both legs and is in a stable condition in a local hospital, police say.

No arrests have been made. Police continues to investigate.

Later on an early Sunday morning, a man was also shot in the Flatiron District of Manhattan.

The incident happened around West 23rd Street and 6th Avenue, where cops found a male, in his 20s, shot in the torso, officials said. Victim is expected to survive his injuries.
