Customer STABBED at Popular Manhattan Steak House after Argument over Service

November 5 2022 MANHATTAN, New York – Police say a customer was stabbed by another customer at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Midtown Manhattan, after what they say was an argument with staff over service.

Incident happened late Friday evening at a popular midtown steakhouse, at around 10:30 p.m. on West 51st Street near Seventh Avenue, according to police.

Police say that a woman having dinner with another woman at the staurant, stabbed a male customer after he complained about the food service to a restaurant worker, eventually resulting in an argument, enraging the suspect. One of the suspects grabbed a knife and stabbed the customer, fleeing moments later.

The 24-year-old male stabbing victim was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive his injuries.
