23-Year-Old Man Critical After Times Square Subway Station Stabbing

October 29, 2022 Manhattan, New York: A man is fighting for his life in critical condition after being stabbed multiple times in a Times Square Subway station early Saturday morning in NYC.

According to police, a 23-year-old man with serious injuries was rushed by EMS to Bellevue Hospital after allegedly stabbed several times in the torso and leg, during a dispute with a 22-year-old male suspect inside the 42nd Street Subway Station in Manhattan, NYC.

The 22-year-old suspect who was also injured and taken to Bellevue was treated for injuries to the face and taken into police custody, following dispute that turned violent inside the Times Square subway station. Cops were also able to recover a knife off the alleged suspect.

Detectives are searching the area for a group of individuals who fled the station following the violent transit incident and the investigation is ongoing.
