Russian Embassy VANDALIZED in NYC as Putin Announced Illegal Annexation of Ukraine Regions

September 30 2022 MANHATTAN, New York – Walls of the Russian Consulate were VANDALIZED early Friday morning by large amounts of red paint that appeared to have been splashed onto the facade of the building on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in NYC.



Vandalism is being investigated as a possible bias incident, according to officials.

This comes as Putin signed illegal decree, recognizing temporarily occupied Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine as independent states on Thursday.

On Friday, Putin illegally proclaimed annexation of four Ukrainian regions at ceremony in Moscow, according to Washington Post.

In Zaporizhzhia region, 23 civilians were killed in what Ukraine described as Humanitarian Convoy this morning.

Multiple cars driving in a convoy outskirts of Zaporizhia were hit by missiles this morning, killing 24 people and wounding 36, including one child.
