Teen Killed After Shots Ring Out in the Bronx

September 25, 2022 Bronx, New York – A 17-year-old male was shot in the chest after shots rang out in the Bronx and several suspects made a quick getaway. At approximately 6:17pm, 40th precinct police responded to 348 Beekman Avenue in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx where

Police requested an ambulance and the seriously wounded teen was rushed to Lincoln Medical Center with life threatening injuries.

According to authorities, detectives are looking for at least five suspects who maybe be involved in the shooting before fleeing the area.

It’s unknown if the 17-year-old victim was the intended target during the shooting.

At this time there are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
