NJ Troopers Depart to Puerto Rico to assist with Recovery Efforts Following Hurricane Fiona

September 24 2022 Ruthford, New Jersey – 75 State Troopers departed from Metlife Stadium early in the morning for JFK Airport on two coach busses to begin a 30 day mission to help out with recovery efforts on the island of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Fiona left a trail of destruction in her wake.

The contingent of troopers were briefed at the stadium before mustering onto buses that transported them to JFK International Airport.
