September 16, 2022 | QUEENS, New York – Police have apprehended and charged a suspect in a brutal tripple homicide that occured in June in Queens.
On June 27th, three Jamaicans were found dead, including a woman who had her hands bound on a bed, inside a Queens home in a second-floor bedroom on 155th Street in South Jamaica neighborhood.
Police were called to the scene, finding bodies that may have been dead for days, officials say.


A 22-year-old woman was found lying on a bed on the 2nd floor of the residence, unconscious and unresponsive, with apparent signs of trauma to the body. As police searched the home they found two more bodies in the basement, a 55-year-old woman was found with multiple stab wounds throughout the body and a man was discovered with severe head trauma. All victims were dead on the scene
On June 30th, police say they apprehended a 29-year-old suspect Travis Blake, by members of the Regional Fugitive Task Force in coordination with local law enforcement agencies in Maine.
