14-Year-Old Boy Found Shot and Killed in Queens Driveway

August 2 2022 QUEENS, New York – A 14-year-old boy was found shot and killed in Queens Driveway on early Tuesday morning, police said.

On Monday morning, around 9:30 pm, a report for a missing 15-year-old, boy near Beach 68th street & Almeda Avenue was put out. The next morning, a 14-year-old boy was found deceased near the same location.

“I pulled up in front of my yard this morning and a young man, a teenage boy was laid out. Deceased in front of a vehicle in my yard. Half of the body was hanging out.”

said Theresa Boyton, a resident of the home where the teen’s lifeless body was discovered early Tuesday morning.

Witnesses stated that she discovered boys body this morning in her driveway in front of the van, “half of the body was hanging out and the other was in front of the van”, neighbor Theresa Boyton described the gruesome scene in her yard.

Police were called and found the victim face down in the driveway, with a gunshot wound to his back around 7:15 a.m. Tuesday morning.

First responders victim dead at the scene and investigation is ongoing.
