Five People Shot near Coney Island Boardwalk at a Party

July 10 2022 Brooklyn, New York – Five people have been injured in a shooting near Coney Island Boardwalk around 2am on Sunday morning. Police say a gunman shot into a crowd during a party, injuring five.

A 31-year-old male victim was shot in the back and is in critical condition, police say.

A 19-year-old male, a 27-year-old female, and another female victims were shot in their legs. Additional male victim was shot in the chin. These four victims were taken to a hospital and are in stable condition, according to officials.

There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
