June 24, 2022 Bronx, New York – A 56-year-old woman was stabbed to death inside Bronx home, early Friday morning.
Police responded to 530 Olmstead Avenue at approximately 03:37am for a call reporting a female stabbed inside of an apartment, police say.
First responders found a 56-year-old woman with a stab wound to the lower torso, she was taken to NYC Health & Hospitals/Jacobi, where she was pronounced dead, according to officials.





There were no arrests or any weapons recovered at the scene and the investigation remains ongoing at this time, police say.
The identity of the deceased is pending proper family notification.
Around the same time, at approximately 3:10 a.m. officers two teenagers were stabbed at the Metcalf Ave. and Seward Ave. entrance of Soundview Park.
A 19 year-old female was stabbed in the neck and a 16 year old was stabbed in the stomach, after a group of 9-10 males and females reportedly attacked the two, according to sources.
Both victims were rushed to Jacobi Medical Center where they were last listed on stable condition.
