April 09, 2022 | BROOKLYN, NY: Detectives in Brooklyn said a 30-year-old male is in critical condition after being shot in the head early Saturday morning. An additional victim was located, a 45-year-old man was shot in the chest and ear. At approximately 1:02am police responded to 1144 Bergen street where the two men were shot in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn.
According to police, one victim was grazed by a bullet and a second victim sustained a gunshot wound to the head. At this time the severity of their injuries are unknown. Both victims were transported to Kings County Hospital.
Additional police units were requested to the scene to aid in searching for two suspects that fled the scene down New York Avenue. As of Saturday morning police so far have not made any arrests in the case and the investigation into this shooting incident is ongoing.
