Queens Car Dealership ABLAZE as Fire Reaches 3-Alarm

March 30 2022 – QUEENS, NY: A heavy fire burned through a car dealership in Jamaica, Queens on Wednesday night. All firefighters were evacuated from the building and the units switched to tower ladder operation after sagging was discovered in the roof in the rear of the building.

The fire occured in a shuttered Nissan dealership called Nemet Motors.



First reports of the incident happened at 9:26pm. It was declared a 3 alarm fire at 10:10pm.

The official cause of the fire is still under investigation.
