February 27 2022 Prepiyat Ukraine – Zelenskyy agreed that the Ukrainian delegation will meet with Russian delegation, today , on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, near the Pripyat River.
President Vladimir Putin has ordered his military’s nuclear “deterrent forces” to be on high alert.
Putin said in a meeting of top officials on Sunday that the move was in response to NATO making what he called “aggressive statements,”according to TAS.
Earlier today (February 27 2022) Kremlin said that they are ready for talks with Ukraine in Belarus.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine is willing to hold talks with Russia – but not in neighbouring Belarus as it is being used as a “launchpad for the invasion.” Later agreeing to meet at the border.
Zelensky press-secretary wrote earlier in the morning : “we are aware that Russian delegation arrived in Homiel, we’ve indeed discussed talks, but Russia issued ultimatum that Ukrainian military should lay down the weapons, so there will be no Ukrainian delegation there”.
After the meeting place and time was announced, Anton Gerashenko, Adviser of Minister of Interior, posted a statement: “Negotiating without ultimatums is already our victory” he stated, adding “Now, when, after 3 days of fierce fighting, Ukrainians with unprecedented heroism lie down under tanks, when thousands of Russian invaders died, when even Germany agreed to abandon not only Nord Stream -2, but Russian gas in general – everyone understands that the situation is fundamentally has changed. Negotiations can and should be held. But the force is now on our side. We must demand the full restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine!”

February 26 2022 – KYIV, Ukraine: Smoking debris and wreckage seen blasted about and along Victory (Peremohy) Avenue in the capital city of Ukraine. Video shows bullet holes in cars, shattered glass, wrecked vehicles, damage from battle on what is a major avenue in Kyiv that leads into the center of the city.

February 26 2022 – MANHATTAN, New York: Hundreds gathered in Times Square to rally for Ukraine and against Russia for a 3rd day as the war continues in Europe. Crowds shouted chants like “Hands off Ukraine” and “Stop Russia.” Many expressed their support for President Zelenskyy and holding signs honoring the 13 killed on Snake Island.
Andrew Giuliani addressed the crowd.
