Shooting At Bronx Jacobi Hospital; 1 Wounded, 2 Suspects At Large

On Tuesday afternoon, one person was shot following a shooting incident that occurred at Jacobi Hospital in the Bronx. According to NYPD, the shooting was not an active shooter situation but an isolated incident.

According to NYPD, a 35-year-old male was shot in the arm and is listed in stable condition. Officers are looking for at least 2 suspects that fled the location following a shooting incident that occurred in a first floor waiting area inside Jacobi Hospital, police said.

The Bronx hospital was placed under temporary lockdown as a precautionary measure after a shooting. NYPD is searching for two possible suspects, a male & female that may have arrived with the victim, officials said.

No arrests have been made. The investigation into this shooting incident is ongoing.
