TWO TEENS SHOT in a Triple shooting in Brooklyn

EAST NEW YORK, Brooklyn — Police responded to a 911 call for a shooting early Sunday morning near Linden Boulevard and Drew Street in East Brooklyn where three people, including two teens and an adult were shot while sitting in a motor vehicle, police said.

Just after 3:30 a.m. first arriving NYPD officers from the 75th precinct located two teenagers with severe injuries. A 16-year-old was shot in the back of the head and a 17-year-old suffered a graze wound to the face. The 35-year-old adult was also found with a gunshot wound, police said.

EMS rushed all three to a nearby hospital. The 16-year-old and 35-year-old are listed to be in critical condition and the 17-year-old is stable, police said.

According to police officials, the individuals that suffered gunshot wounds were sitting inside a vehicle at Linden Boulevard and Drew Street when another vehicle pulled up to the victims car and opened fire.

After a preliminary investigation, it was determined by police that the 35-year-old attempted to drive the vehicle away from the scene and subsequently crashed into several parked vehicles at Dumont Avenue and Drew Street.

No arrests had been made and the investigation into the incident is ongoing
