January 22 2022 – WASHINGTON, D.C.: Two protests faced off outside of the Supreme Court on the 49th anniversary of Roe v. Wade.
Anti-abortion protesters prayed and one appears to faint. A pro-choice group marched in and carried large banners and signs, they also got on their knees and prayed.
Police began to separate the groups, several people tried to get passed police lines. Police had to keep them apart.
The groups faced off with megaphones, and more police arrived.
At one point a girl appear to have been shoved over by a counter-protester.
The anti-abortion group, chanted “we are the pro-life revolution” continued to confront other protest groups.
Eventually another pro-life group of singers and jugglers arrived and clapped and sang for the protesters.
Groups prayed and held hands outside of the Supreme Court.
